At the beginning of this year, I joined two of Bhavna’s tours in India — one in the north and another in the south — and both were exceptional. In the north I actually saw tigers in the wild and visited the Taj Mahal; in the south we explored the backwaters, tea, spice, pineapple and rubber plantations, and so much more besides.

This is a tour company that is clearly going places because Bhavna has the instinctive generosity and curiosity that makes the very best travel hosts — she doesn’t just show you India, she helps you truly understand it. Travelling through India with someone who is actually from there and understands the culture, the food and how everything works was a real privilege.
Every dish we ate and every place we visited was explained with warmth, knowledge and genuine affection for her country.

As someone who works in culinary travel myself, I know just how difficult it is to create journeys that feel both seamless and deeply authentic. Bhavna has a rare gift for it.
