Are you scared to book because you are vegetarian or vegan?
One of the things you are going to love about Indian Home-Style cooking is that it’s very flexible and adaptable. As you can imagine, there are millions of vegetarian Indians around the world and as home cooks, we happily cater for this all the time.
My teaching style is also very flexible and professional.
If you tell me in advance, I’ll make sure your needs are met if you are vegetarian and vegan. The only consideration is that there will always be a protein dish at my classes (usually chicken) so as long as you are ok with others eating meat, I can cater to your needs.
If you have very specific dietary requirements (no garlic / ginger) or if you are not comfortable with others eating meat, I suggest you book a private cooking class. It will cost a bit extra but you’ll have more leftovers to bring home!
