I get a few requests for Biryani each year and love teaching it but I can only host this specialist class if enough people book in.

Biryani is the epitome of Indian cooking - a rice dish that originates from South Asia. It typically features layers of rice, meat (chicken, goat, lamb, beef, or seafood), and spices, often cooked in a single pot.

This is not a 100% hands-on class.
All the vegetables etc will be chopped so there will be minimal handling of common ingredients
This course is suitable for people who are gluten intolerant, vegan, and/or vegetarian.
Kids over 11 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
In unforeseen circumstances should we have to reschedule the class, we will notify you in advance and give you new dates to choose from.
